Welcome to FutureCentral, operated by Austin PM, trading as FutureCentral (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of futurecentral.in. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What FutureCentral provides

FutureCentral develops educational and professional knowledge through FutureCentral Intelligence, FutureCentral Briefings, FutureCentral Research, FutureCentral Press, FutureCentral Academy, and services for organizations. The website may include articles, newsletters, reports, books, course information, downloadable resources, and links to related or third-party platforms.

2. Using the website and accounts

You may browse public material without an account. If registration or account-based services are introduced, you must provide accurate information, protect your login details, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Accounts and access to paid material may not be shared unless the applicable offer expressly permits it. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, other users, or our rights.

3. Our content and your permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, the text, reports, course materials, videos, notebooks, images, design elements, and FutureCentral names and logos are owned by us or used with permission. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the material for lawful learning or internal professional purposes.

You may not republish, resell, redistribute, systematically scrape, remove ownership notices from, or create a competing collection from our material without written permission. You may not use our content to train a machine-learning model or build a commercial dataset without written permission. Nothing in these terms restricts quotation, review, research, or another use permitted by applicable law.

4. FutureCentral Briefings

Subscriptions are optional. Each marketing email will provide an unsubscribe method. Availability, frequency, subject matter, and format may change. Our Privacy Policy explains how subscription information is handled.

5. Courses, Moodle, and future payments

FutureCentral Academy courses are delivered through Moodle or another platform identified on the relevant course page, not through an LMS operated on futurecentral.in. Use of that platform may be subject to additional terms and a separate privacy notice.

Before any paid course or digital product is offered, the relevant page or checkout will state the price, taxes where applicable, delivery method, access period, prerequisites, cancellation terms, and refund policy. Those transaction-specific terms form part of your agreement with us and will prevail if they conflict with these general terms. We will not apply an undisclosed refund restriction.

6. Books, research, and organizational services

Books may be sold by external retailers or distribution partners under their terms. Research reports may include additional licence conditions stated with the report. Workshops, research engagements, licensing, or other services for organizations will be governed by a separate proposal, order, or agreement where applicable.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the website unlawfully; attempt to bypass security or access controls; introduce malicious code; interfere with the website or another user; impersonate another person; or post or transmit material that is defamatory, abusive, infringing, or otherwise unlawful. If comments or community features are enabled, you retain ownership of what you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to display and operate that material. We may moderate or remove submissions that breach these terms.

8. Educational information, not professional advice

FutureCentral covers finance, healthcare, technology, agriculture, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and other fields where decisions can carry legal, financial, medical, operational, or regulatory consequences. Our content is educational and informational. It is not professional advice and does not create an adviser-client, doctor-patient, lawyer-client, fiduciary, or similar relationship. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for decisions specific to your circumstances.

9. External websites and services

The website links to FutureCentral Intelligence publications, Moodle, retailers, payment providers, and other external services. Their content, availability, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by their respective operators. A link does not by itself imply endorsement.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the website useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue content or features. We may also revise these terms; the effective date above shows the latest revision. We will provide additional notice where a material change requires it.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The website and its public content are provided on an “as available” basis. Although we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every item is complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer-protection rights. Any liability connected with a paid product or service will also be governed by its transaction-specific terms and applicable law.

12. Ending access

You may stop using the website at any time. We may end or restrict access for a material breach of these terms, unlawful use, security risk, or non-payment for a paid service, with notice where reasonably practicable. Provisions concerning ownership, permitted use, disclaimers, liability, and disputes continue where their nature requires it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts and consumer forums that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here removes mandatory rights or remedies available to a consumer.
