Terms of Use
Effective date: 14 August 2026
Welcome to FutureCentral, operated by Austin PM, trading as FutureCentral (“we”, “us”). By using futurecentral.in you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the site. We’ve kept them short and in plain English; the headings are part of the terms.
1. What FutureCentral is
An educational platform: books, courses, blogs, and newsletters about AI and its impact across industries. Content is provided for learning.
2. Your account
Keep your registration details accurate and your password to yourself. You’re responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; don’t share access to paid content. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where practicable.
3. Our content and your license
Everything we publish here (text, course materials, videos, notebooks, images, and the FutureCentral name and logo) belongs to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning. You may not republish, resell, redistribute, or scrape it, and you may not use it to train machine-learning models, without our written permission. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution for review, comment, or research is fine.
4. Courses and payments
Prices for paid courses are shown in Indian rupees at purchase. Refunds: [REFUND POLICY]. Course access lasts for the period stated on the course page. We may update course content to keep it current; that’s the point of the platform.
5. Newsletters
Subscribing is free and every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe. Our Privacy Policy governs the data involved.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t break the law, don’t attempt to breach security, don’t post or transmit content that is defamatory, infringing, or abusive, don’t misrepresent your identity, and don’t interfere with other users’ access. If comments or discussion features are enabled, you keep ownership of what you post and grant us a license to display it on the site; we may remove content that breaks these rules.
7. Educational content, not professional advice
Our content covers finance, health, security, agriculture, and other regulated fields. It is educational. It is not financial, investment, legal, medical, or other professional advice, and no content here creates a professional-client relationship. Decisions in these areas need a qualified professional who knows your situation.
8. Third-party sites
Links to our blog network, bookstores, and other external sites are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or policies.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available and current but don’t promise uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features. These terms may change; the effective date above tells you when they last did. Material changes will be notified on the site.
10. Liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold.
